There are 2 new Huggies Target Store Printable Coupons! Both coupons say ”1 per transaction”, but they are “stackable” with manufacturer coupons, so depending on your store/cashier, you may or may not be able to use more than 1 Target Store Coupon in the same transaction.  (My store normally allows me to use 4 identical coupons that say 1 per transaction, but YMMV “your mileage may vary”)
